Andy Russin is the Managing Partner of Keystone Credit Partners, where he advises clients on the acquisition and monetization of transferable tax credits.

Over the past 25+ years, Andy has raised capital for alternative investment strategies and developed specialized expertise in identifying opportunities created by changes in tax law, financial regulation, and government policy. His experience includes structuring and financing investment vehicles, developing institutional investor relationships, and building capital markets strategies across a range of alternative asset classes.

Drawing on this background, Andy helps developers, manufacturers, corporate buyers, CPA firms, and other advisors navigate the rapidly evolving transferable tax credit market. His relationship-driven approach, combined with a disciplined transaction process, has contributed to more than $50 million in completed transferable tax credit transactions.

Prior to founding Keystone Credit Partners, Andy worked extensively with hedge funds, private equity firms, tax lien investment strategies, SBICs, and other specialized investment platforms, helping firms raise capital, develop strategic partnerships, and expand distribution.

Andy earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton.
